Singapore!! =)

Well, basically this trip down to Singapore is to gain experience playing against various Singapore girls' teams. There were 15 of us including Coach Ed. =)
We had our 1st game on the day of arrival against NJC (National Junior College) and I believe our girls played their hearts out during that game. The final score was 7-0 to Penang's girls team.
Great job girls. =)

The next day, the 2nd game against Victoria Junior College got tougher but we fought harder too and were able to score the final goal leading the Penang girls' team to a 4-3 victory over VJC.

In the evening we played against NUS (National University of Singapore). They were undeniably skillful and fast. Made us look like a bunch of tortoises. Hahahaha. Not so bad la. I was just exaggerating k.X) We had 4 periods instead of the usual 3-period game. At the end of the 3rd period the score was 4-3 to NUS. Coach asked us to just enjoy the 4th period but the joy ended when NUS scored another goal making it 5-3. So we fought really hard to narrow the score gap and at the final minute I was able to score a goal and the game ended with 5-4. =) Though we lost but to a much better team so it was ok. We've learnt our lessons well. =)

Then on the final day our match was against Temasek Junior College. We didn't perform too well as everyone was tired and some had minor injuries, but were still able to score 3 goals making the final score 3-1 to us.
